All items usually ship within 1/2 business day (America, Europe), 3 days (Asia, Oceania).
Relationsdevoyages.com offers FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY® for international shipping, except Saturday’s delivery supplement fee and customs fees.
You can personally follow your order with the FEDEX checking number, we will communicate you, as soon as the expedition goes on.
RETURN AND AXCHANGE POLICY
Relations de Voyages® stands behind his products 100% regarding workmanship. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Each product is absolutely unique; moreover you know and do appreciate that
our first material is the used-sail; also the eyelets are oxidised: these characteristics will not be considered as defects.
All return will be accepted for exchange with an equivalent model item (or more expensive product). There is no refund – only exchange.
Return must be ship by FEDEX or another shipping Company, within 10 days of
receipt.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unused,
unwashed, and with the original seal tag affixed. Although we check the merchan-
dise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility
to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
Damaged goods due to client negligence or item without it’s tag will not be
accepted for exchange. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be
sent back to the customer.
In case of necessary return please email us, precise the cause of return, on relation@relationsdevoyages.com to obtain a Return Authorization. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail, on your charge, since relationsdevoyages.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
The exchange will be processed, according to the availability of the new chosen
product, after return and our verification of the item’s integrity. Second shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
