These terms and conditions of sale operate between the following parties :

These terms and conditions aim to define the obligations of the parties to each other, and the various stages in the ordering process.

1. CONTRACT
These terms and conditions govern the sale of any product displayed on the www.relationsdevoyages.com website by theRDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto.

RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto the right to modify the sales conditions. Ever since, it is agreed that the conditions applied are those in force on the website when signing the contract.

The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by this contract, to the exclusion of any other terms. The items offered for sale may not be re-sold in any way.

2. ITEMS
The items which can be seen on the website www.relationsdevoyages.com are new and unique items . The bag that you will choose in the photo is exactly the bag you will receive.

RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto garantees that Relations de voyages® products were realised with cure and passion. Eventual irregularities could be seen on the recycle textile but cannot be considered as defects because they are proves of the sail “living” and guarantee the authenticity of the product ; this material is washed and disinfected, before its new assembly processing as a bag or an object. The eyelets where are fixed handles are sailmakers nickeled steel eyelets, intentionally oxidized (like prints of salt) to harmonize with the recycled sail ; they will not rust, but skate in time. The UV resistant polyester thread is a sailmaker’s thread. The cotton rope kept its natural color La corde de coton a gardé sa teinte naturelle (non-chlorine bleached). The leather bought in Tuscany (It) has a vegetal dye.

3. ORDER PROCESS
The customer will follow the order process :

Product selection : the client selects a product.
Verification of the selection’s content : he checks his cart’s content while retaining the option to remove the products he selected.
Identification : The customer has to fill in the identification form and give the requested information (obligatory information : civility, first name, last name, address, birth date, e-mail, password, telephone number for delivery)
Order’s verification : the customer checks his order’s content, the total price, the delivery and invoice address while retaining the option to remove a product or change the invoice and delivery address. He chooses his method of payment and must confirm his agreement of these terms of use by ticking the corresponding box. The order’s validation is possible only after this box has been checked.
Return on the Paypal’ s website for secure payment (SSL) : the customer must indicate the bank’s details for the payment.
The order’s acknowledged receipt : the client receives an email summarizing the order :
– order reference ;
– bank transaction reference ;
– ordered products list ;
– delivery details.

It is advisable to keep and print this document, the order’s official proof. The order is then registered and treated by RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto which checks the ordered product (s) availability. 4. PRICES

The indicated prices on the www.relationsdevoyages.com are in euros.

All prices are exclusive for transport costs. These ones will be acknowledged to the buyers before the order’s final validation.

The buyer will be responsible for clearing his goods through customs by paying the appropriate customs duties and taxes.

The products you order will remain the property of RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto until RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto has received full payment.

Payment methods such payment on delivery are only accepted in Italy.

The invoice amount will be debited of the customer’s account on the payment date.

6.1. GENERALITIES

6.2. DELIVERY METHOD

All orders placed are prepared within an average 36 working hours from the order confirmation notified by mail by RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto to the client.

They are dispatched via UPS on 3/4 days . Parcels must be signed for.

Cost of Shipping: Australia, New Zeland, Taiwan, Japan, Singapour, Honk-Kong, South Korea: 45 euro

In terms of absence or inability to hand over the parcel, the postman leaves a delivery note mentioning the date and the post office’s address where the customer will be able to check out his parcel after showing his identity card.

Starting on the delivery note’s mentioned date, the customer has 15 days to check out his parcel.

6.3. DELIVERY AND FEES

Delivery is made within the indicative times shown in the following chart, counting from the dispatch of the order notified to the client par an email.

The products are insured by RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto up to the delivery.

The buyer will be responsible for clearing his goods through customs by paying the appropriate customs duties and taxes.

Times required for delivery are given as an indication and are submitted to the product’s availability. The deadline’s extension does not allow any order’s cancellation, to any discount on the paid price by the buyer, and to any payment for damages. However for lack of delivery on the expiry of a thirty days delay starting the day after the customer has made his order, the customer will have the possibility to cancel his order free of charges. The amounts he will have paid will then be refunded. In the case in which it has the capacity, RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto will propose him a quality product and the equivalent price as the product choose.

RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order form or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies or banks.

In case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged on the first delivery.

6.4 ITEMS’RECEIPT AND CLAIM

Concerning the parcel’s receipt, RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto strongly recommends the customer to check the good’s shape on delivery. in the case of anomaly ( damaged packaging, missing or damaged goods) the customer:

will have to give all the necessary subject on the delivery receipt
will have to send in 48 hours following the delivery a reserve statement to the carrier by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt
forward a copy of this mail to RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto, via Roma 14, 43045 FORNOVO DI TARO (PR) ITALY

In case of a doubt, it is advised for the customer to open the parcel in the presence of the carrier to ensure that the goods are not damaged. For the lack of, any claim can be made by the customer towards RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto.

7. EXCHANGE

NOTE: Relations de voyages  does not accept returns but you can make the change with another product with the same price or higher.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of their date of delivery by following the exchange procedure set out below :

1 – Send an email to info@relationsdevoyages.com precising the reason of the exchange .

2 – The item(s) must be in a perfect condition, without been used. Shipping fees on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. RDV di Pascale L’Hosts Cassitto is not responsible for the pack in case of loss during shipment.

3- After validation by RDV di Pascale L’Hosts Cassitto, send back the item(s) insured at the following address : RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto via Roma 14, 43045 FORNOVO DI TARO (PR) ITALY.

However, RDV will not charge the customer for the new shipping cost to his destination.

After this limit of 14 days, RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto may refuse any request for exchange.

Exchange will be made within 30 days of the return of the product.

8 . GUARANTEE AND AFTERSALES SERVICE
The sold products subject to legal guaranties. This guarantee covers the hidden and visible fabrication faults, starting on the delivery date. The only RDV di Pascale L’Hostis Cassitto ’s obligation according to this guarantee is, to its choice, free replacement or the defective product’s reparation without benefit or other compensation.

This guarantee does not concern the damages caused by a wrong use of the good, from normal wear due to its use or from not respecting the washing and maintenance’s instructions (*read washing advice). To qualify for the goods’ guarantee you must imperatively retain the buying good’s invoice and the delivery note.
